Isabella Phan

Isabella Phan is a program coordinator for the Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she assists with budgets, accounting, and other program administration needs. Before joining CSIS full time, she interned with AILA. Bella is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in international politics and minors in French and studio art. Her interests include public diplomacy and information warfare.
